TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP


  1. Membership in ICT Davao is open to individuals and organizations under the following classifications: Individual, Company Representative, Government Organization Representative, and Academe. Each classification is subject to its corresponding membership fee as determined by ICT Davao.

  3. Membership dues are payable upon approval of the membership application. ICT Davao will send an invoice to the applicant's registered email address. Payment may be made via GCash/Maya or Bank Transfer using the details provided in the invoice.

  5. Membership will only be activated upon confirming of full payment. Membership dues are non-refundable once payment has been confirmed and membership has been activated.

  7. ICT Davao reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership of any member who fails to settle membership dues, violates these terms, or engages in conduct deemed detrimental to ICT Davao or its members.

  9. Personal information collected through the membership application will be used solely for membership administration and communication, in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). ICT Davao will not share member information with third parties without consent.

  11. All membership relations will be governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Davao City.
